Although we do appreciate the long hours and hard work that has gone into the matters, we're just a bit disappointed that, aside from you/r firm serving as our go-to attorneys in GA for over a year, we have seen very little progress with the recent batch of a dozen or so matters that were assigned, and we strongly feel theythat they weren’t handled competently enough… not to mention having spentcost more than $***.

For instance— Weinstance, we believe that some mistakes and oversights were made during the diligence phase, which significantly impacted the overall fees and costs incurred sothus far, with a positive resolution still yet to be reached for any of the ongoing matters. Some of these been pointed below to whichthose that we have yet to receive a response to are identified below.

If you feel we’re completely mistaken about this, and there isn’t anything you can do, thenthan it would be best to commence withdrawal from all matters and substitute with new counsel."
